Becoming a billionaire?

I am going to become a petroleum engineer and was wondering what are the chances of becoming a billionaire or millionaire from this job. The average pay where the job is $188 196 CDN. I only heard of a few petroleum engineers that struck rich in Saudi Arabia and became billionaires.
