How much would a tattoo like this cost?

Eh, tattoo's vary everywhere. They guy I apprenticed under has a $50 minimum rule. They have to be able to pay for their supplies and also make a profit. You need to keep in mind that a lot of tattoo artists who charge crazy cheap prices most likely aren't that good.
