Where can I find a decorative wire duct to hide wires coming out of a drop ceiling?

We just had new cubicles installed at our office. We had to run a piece of conduit out of the drop ceiling to run data and electrical wires through. Where can I find a plastic duct/sleeve that will snap on over the conduit to hide it? I don't know exactly what that is called. We have some hiding other sections of conduit but apparently we don't have any extra and I am in charge of figuring out where to order more.
