Having recently become interested in early typography, I'd like to learn more about these ornaments. Anyone?

Hello! I recently picked up a cheapo facsimile of the original KJV, and have been admiring the various ornaments and decorative initials. I am trying to learn more about the people that cut them, and/or if they have ever been digitized. Thank you!!
