Metal? fans: Is this a rare album?

there were alot of albums from the past that were banned and thus making them rare now (if it is an original print)... some from the soviet union were printed sparingly and smuggled out, those were rare, and original copies can go for alot... sometimes... But behemoth was banned in Austria at one point not too long ago. and that would not be a rare cd. Band name would be helpful, Drudkh, Hate Forest, Absurd?
