Size for mens hockey jersey on women?

I also wear jerseys in men sizing. My chest size is around 44-45'' and I have an XL jersey, relatively loose enough to fit over a hoodie. Usually, most online store will have a chart you can look at. If that doesn't bother you, how much do you weight approximately? It would be easier based proportioned with your height. My guess, if you're normal size, is that a medium will be fine. But I can't tell for sure. Large might fit if you're bulkier, but sleeves on XL are probably too long (I have to fold them).
