Is it bad to have this attitude about exercise?
this is not the first post i have read from you today, listen genetics do not play as big a role as you are making them seem! i was a fatass all through middleschool then i began swimming laps and eventually running now i lift weights and run reguraly.. at first i absolutely despised excercise! now i can't live w/o it! just grab an ipod and fill it with your favorite songs and start jogging atleast 5 times a week and adjust your diet to make it more healty, remove soda and junk food for the most part! trust me once you start seeing results it will motivate you to not stop! ill admit there are times where i have gotten lazy for example it has been 9 months since i began excercising and i took a nearly 3 months break just because i got lazy.. BUT since i took it slow and steady it was easy for me to bounce back. trust me iv'e been where you are im about to be a sophmore aswell and fitness changed my life.
