Cdn downloadable install wizard.exe?

im trying to get wifi on my computer but when i try to set it up it goes to the internet to comcast website put my account number and my phone number and thats normal so when i did it said cdn downloadable install wizard... so i clicked download and it keeps sending me back to comcast account number and phone number!!! grr why!!!!?!??
