Chinese Water Dragon Help?

I am going to be upgrading the tank to a 55 gallon, I am going to have a decorative reptofilter(waterfall) and the bottom all water. I might seperate some of the water and put substrate, not sure yet. I am going to get a reptifogger, good idea? I am going to decorate it extensivley! I don't want nose rubbing, he is in a 20 long now and doesn't do that eithier. Is this a good cage set-up? Building a cage is NOT an option right now. If I want to do substrate, what hold humidity better and he won't ingest. THANKS! PICTURES WOULD HELP TOO! (:
