How to get back on my sleeping patterns?

Melatonin is considered to put you back into a regular sleeping pattern. It is over the counter and should work after a few days or week or so. I use the 300 MCG dose. A good work out just before you hit the sack will also work. I wake up in the wee hours of the morning. However, if I watch TV for a while, it makes me drowsy and I can return to sleep. Good luck.
