If i go jogging could i get legs like this?
Weight training and doing exercises like squats and lunges, and pilates will really tone ur legs. Eating healthy like lean proteins, veggies, fruit, low fat cottage cheese, yogurt, nuts and seeds in moderation...will definitely speed up the process. Jogging will burn fat but will not tone, it's best to incorporate some weight training and lower body exercises as well as upper body toning. When u strength train ur body uses so much energy during the process then even after your workout ur body is making muscles(synthesizing) therefor ur burning fat even at rest. Genetics also play a factor some people are shaped differently some are just small in certain areas naturally...lucky them. I don't think this is my opinion that being too thin is attractive u want some meat but a nice trim body...if ur lower body or legs are bigger u will still look good with a nice flat tummy and waste...we all come in different shapes and sizes and once u are at ur target thinner/healthy weight...u will look good no matter what. Plus us women don't bulk up when we lift weights...but somehow we thin out and the fat burning process speeds up tremendously. Depending on genetics, u may bulk up a bit but definitely not much...your metabolism will be so high the more muscle u have...but if u don't bulk up you'll tone up and still be a fat burning machine...consistency is key.
