So it is summer and i have been staying up till ike 6 or 7 in the morining and i need help getting sleep. Does anyone know anythings to help me with that but like whenever i am the last one asleep i get really scared. Im on my bed in my room watching my favorite movie and im super scared. How can i go to sleep without being scared and what are some ways to help me go to bed earlier. Im fourteen and a girl. But please serious answers only.
