Potty training a stubborn 3yr 3mo old girl?

my granddaughter refuses to be potty trained, we bought her the nice decorative undies, we got rid of the diapers and pullups. We used a timer and took her in every 30 minutes then after 2 days every 20 minutes..she still went in her pants we have even taken her in with us when we go. She will even tell you she is yucky or poopy. (we know she doesn't like the feeling). We have even tried putting her on the big potty (because she doesn't want to use the "baby potty") but she still refuses to do anything in the potty. We are out of ideas can you help?
