What goes with bluish-black carpet and white walls?

I'm moving into a house with dark navy bluish-black carpet and white walls. I hate the color blue but I want to color coordinate my house to look nice. What are some good tips you can give me on how to color coordinate with this color of carpet, but yet be able to give each room a light decorative feel so that I dont feel like Im living in a dark gloomy blue house.
