What happens if I take 3 non-aspirins and then a tylenol p.m.?

I am not a dr, so I *could* be wrong. But I don't think that you will get liver failure from doing this once. I have taken more than the advised dosage before, when I have been in extreme pain. Just don't abuse them and I think you will be fine.
